It specialises in designs and application of innovate heating and air conditioning systems. kmduct, over the years, with the cooperation of well know engineers and designers with complete and profound knowledge of their subjects and experience of major projects, has acquired the appropriate experience and know how for the implementation of complex heating – air conditioning systems. Solutions based on national and international standards and tailored made on the requirements of its customers, delivering the most economical offer while proposing technologically advanced solution aiming at saving functional resources and ensuring simplicity of using each application. The assignments for design and implementation for dozens of applications, luxury homes – hotel units – office buildings – covered stadiums, from well–know and well–established companies such as MITSUBISHI – ABB – HITACHI, certify the excellent organisation of kmduct in delivering results always keeping in mind customer satisfaction and excellent quality. In 2007, kmduct, utilising its know–how, began manufacturing automation systems with DDC controllers from SIEMENS and REGIN to control central air conditioning units, boiler rooms, pumping stations and heat pump engine rooms. In 2014 iq-buildings start to operate separately from kmduct in the field of building automation and is certified as a KNX PARTNER. The ever-increasing need for energy savings in building infrastructure leads iq-buildings to develop complex processes suited to local weather conditions with advanced DDC controllers. Today iq-buildings is one of the ABB SA exclusive partners. In the domestic market of automation systems and energy management system BMS & KNX bus has actively participated in most of the projects that have taken place.
