After an abundance of workplace fatalities, industries identified the gaps in qualified personnel supervising Aboveground Storage Tank (AST) projects. The IQCIA was formed to bridge those gaps. The Goal is to provide the “BEST” method of assurance; that our alumni are well-trained and fully qualified. Our mission is to train Tank Entry Supervisors in the best safety practices, thereby reducing the number of on-site fatalities and injuries. IQCIA has provided technical and standards training to industry professionals since 1985. We presented our first API-TES Exam Prep Course over 13 years ago on the West Coast. Since that very first TES course, we have developed the extensive IQC Programs, Recommended Guidelines, for Tank Entry Supervisors, Confined Space Entry Supervisors, Confined Space Rescue, and Incident Command.
