What is it that we need? Why must we suffer a lot to meet our basic survival needs? At Iqtesa Coaching we are concerned with self-awareness, self-healing, and self-confidence. We guide you with great understanding and compassion from emotional pain, trauma, and grief to recovery, healing, and abundance. Unfortunately, we systematically hear negative things about migrants and migration in the media and politics. There is increasing polarity in society and this is an alarming situation. On one side of the world, we see wars, poverty, and instability, on the other side of the world it seems more peaceful, richer, and more stable. All this motivates people to migrate. More and more people give up their nationality and identity daily to survive and live in peace. The solution is to work for global peace and I am committed to guiding individuals to be peaceful within themselves in the here and now. In these challenging times, my mission is to empower migrants to deal with their grief, trauma, and fears. They receive support to recreate their new identity and live a meaningful and fulfilled life with greater self-awareness and self-love.
