IRAN CIB Iran Construction Information Bank Gaining valuable experiences in years and operating several project, brought out the idea of beginning a huge project in order to simplify the communication between contractors. Investigating several executive ways, gathering information, studying various requirements and expectations, fore sighting the perspective of the idea, it finally lead to developing the objectives and implementing the first step. Gathering the outstanding team in various fields of business and preparing the hardware and software required, Iran CIB project with approaching to make a fine position and creating a friendly atmosphere to simplify the communication of employers and contractors officially started its activity. As it always has been a concern for employers to find the suitable contractors among the experienced ones due to their financial investment and quality expectations that they can have the profit of the project with a good quality in construction. Iran CIB as the first independent private corporation came up with the slogan “information and communication between employers and contractors of Iran “ One of the important goals of Iran CIB is to export the engineering knowledge to neighbor countries like Turkey, Qatar, Oman, Iraq etc. with digital marketing port, because there are a lot of contractors in Iran that have the potential to implement international projects, but due to their lack of cognition of investors in named countries they couldn’t cooperate. Implementing the Iran CIB objectives will bring a revolution in communication between employers and contractors, that undoubtedly it will improve the quality and quantity level of civil services.
