IranMoin Insurance Company was officially registered with the General Directorate of Registration of Non-Commercial Companies and Institutions in 2004. Since 2012, the company has been granted a license by the Central Insurance of the Islamic Republic of Iran to accept reinsurance. In addition to issuing direct insurance policies within the free and special economic zones of the country, IranMoin Insurance Company has also undertaken the risk of reinsurance from the mainland. The evolution of business dynamics within the free zones and the growing involvement of mainland insurance companies in these areas prompted the company's shareholder and owner to redefine Iran's insurance activities in 2021. This restructuring led to a specialization in the company's focus. As a result, in 2022, the Central Insurance of the Islamic Republic of Iran issued a reinsurance activity license, enabling the company to conduct reinsurance operations across all fields of insurance.
