We make construction loans on single family homes, condominiums, townhomes, duplexes and fourplexes to builders in the four major Texas metros including Houston, Dallas, Austin, & San Antonio, and their surrounding towns and suburbs. Banks have very rigid lending guidelines that can sometimes lead to rejections of proposed construction loans for residential projects. That's where we come in. We provide private lending for construction loans to professional builders.
