We are the project aimed on helping good people to find jobs in the best companies, and helping companies to find the best employees. We are focusing on using the power of social connections. It's quite common that best work or best employee is found by recommendation. Each of us know someone who is looking for a new job. Many of us are ready to recommend our friends, relatives or ex-colleagues to a new employer. In iRecommend.Work, we are trying to ease the process of recommending people to companies, to make more people happy from finding the job of their dreams, and to help connectors to capitalize their social capital receiving rewards for the successful recommendations. We launched our project in Russia, and are planning to roll out in other countries later :) Wish us luck, and join us from the beginning!
