Irish Rose Consulting provides support in two key areas: international development emphasizing disability and social inclusion; and technology planning and software development. International development promotes social inclusion of vulnerable groups through a range of projects with UN agencies, foreign governments, and INGOs. Our staff engage in strategic planning, policy development, capacity building, and project evaluation to support persons with disabilities, refugees, and underserved populations to advocate for human rights and promote inclusion around the world. Technology services are targeted to small and mid-size companies throughout the U.S, Europe, and the Caucasus region. While we understand and thoroughly enjoy the technical aspect of our projects, we realize that no solution is complete unless the human aspect is given priority. We work closely with our clients to make sure they understand the technology involved.
