IRM Coffee Roasting Machines is a Greek engineering company based in Thessaloniki, dedicated exclusively to advanced machinery for the coffee industry. Founded in 1998, we have evolved from upgrading roasting and milling equipment to designing and manufacturing complete roasting systems for craft roasteries and large coffee producers around the world. Our portfolio covers the full spectrum of roasting needs: from lab and sample roasters to professional shop machines and high-capacity industrial lines. All IRM roasters are built around our proprietary hot-air technology, engineered for fast, even and repeatable roasting with high energy efficiency. Every machine is designed and assembled in-house by our specialized R&D team using state-of-the-art 3D CAD tools-SolidWorks. We work with food-grade, certified materials only, and each unit is delivered with a CE Certificate of Conformity to make sure it is safe and compliant with regulations.
