Irradiant is a brand of and manufactured by: Neo-Neon LED Lighting International Ltd.– Entertainment Lighting Division Neo-Neon was founded in Taiwan in 1978 by industrialist and entrepreneurial visionary,Mr. Ben Fan, who, 33 years later, is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Neo-Neon Holdings Ltd.
