In February 2025, Redding Ridge Asset Management (“Redding Ridge”), an independently managed affiliate of Apollo (NYSE: APO), announced an agreement to acquire Irradiant Partners. The acquisition has since closed, and as a result, Irradiant has become part of Redding Ridge. Irradiant brings significant assets, experienced leadership and like-minded credit management to Redding Ridge, further scaling the franchise, expanding its universe of credit coverage and creating a top five global CLO manager with approximately $40 billion of AUM.
