It all started by a humble project designed by a knowledge management specialist from business management background and a network IT engineer who was a professional IT consultant and project manager. Soon after, in 2014 Irsapardaz was incorporated to take on the demand for good information technology practices which is currently met by supplier standards far from satisfactory. The gap in the market between demand ideals and supply standards, only confused us more on where our core competency and our unique selling points would lie. The strategic positioning became more difficult as challanges in many different fields proved to us and our partners that with our management and expertise and our dedication to creating products beyond standards, we can stand among the most satisfactory partners in almost any IT projects. What did we do? could we have aimed to form teams aiming at many different categories of IT services? Well, we did so only where we could find the best team and we could assure the standards we vouch for. Currently our products vary from knowledge engines, partly showcased in two of our own projects and working for some large corporations on their data mining and analysis of the market, to games in our game development department in joint projects and our integrated E-commerce platforms and internal /office/operation support systems to customised demanding softwares and support systems in some of the largest service based companies in the Economy. We are proud to have 5 joint ventures including two international collaborations and our team has expanded from 4 in 2013 to more than 50 in 2016 in the Tehran office and more than 200 people in our joint ventures in the second circle. It is expanding day by day and delivering new surprises. Irsapardaz is open to constructive cooperation and is willing to hire only the best who are keen to work tirelessly to become a memorable part of the history of the IT revolution in Iran.
