Working with private clients and companies helping them to develop or refine a vision, applying my knowledge of design. Providing computer drawings to other designers. ⋅ Prepare detailed documents with written outlines of the central design concept as well as descriptions of the aesthetic for each category of finish and fixture, supplemented with images to illustrate. ⋅ Participate in client and designer meetings to discuss aesthetic style, functional requirements and budget. ⋅ Provide an Interior Specifications Document noting Finishes & Fixtures. ⋅ Deliver project management services. ⋅ Research, plan and submit permit applications. ⋅ Conduct color consultations. ⋅ Undertake furniture selection and design. ⋅ Develop complete drawings from conceptual sketches. ⋅ Take site measurements for existing floor/site plans. ⋅ Manage marketing strategies, brand development, social media promotions and networking.
