Lindsey uses a blend of mindfulness techniques, cognitive behavioral approaches, and energy work to support health, clarity and inspiration in her clients. The combination of traditional counseling methods with meditation and intuitive reading/healing work is often profoundly healing - it reconnects people back to themselves in a flexible, individualized way. For over a decade, this was her side passion project, while working in the software space full time. Since the fall of 2022, Lindsey began focusing on this practice full time, which she is incredibly grateful for - this is truly her dream job. She is fascinated by how people’s bodies, brains and psyches work together and is an avid learner in the fields of psychology, mental health, meditation and intuitive energy work. Lindsey appreciates science and western medicine, as well as eastern and holistic approaches. To her, the balance of intuition, education and flexibility in one’s beliefs, relative to new information or experience, makes sense. She seeks balance in all things. While not all of her clients would consider themselves spiritual, they find Lindsey's framing of challenges they face through multiple lenses - logical, logistical and spiritual - to be deeply transformative. Lindsey considers spirituality as the desire to experience and be supported by that which is greater than ourselves - that which weaves through and connects all things, and can have any name you like - Energy? God? Consciousness? Love? Presence? You name it. Lindsey received a fully funded Master’s degree at Syracuse University after graduating as Valedictorian of her undergraduate program. During Lindsey’s free time, you can find her playing and relaxing with her children and husband in the mountains, streams and lakes of Colorado.
