We are pioneering a low consumer acquisition cost model for faster scale-up of new products in consumer goods whether DTC or non-DTC brands. We have designed a unique path to purchase / consumer journey that starts with the discovery of the new products or brands via branded smart vending machines placed in high footfall areas using a location-based targeting method. The user sends an SMS to get a unique link with branded content, consent for future engagement/targeting and a unique QR code that unlocks the vending machine. Post-trial user is prompted to give ratings and reviews and purchase. Our pilot is now Live in Mumbai in Seawoods and InorbitnOrbit Malad mall with Cif surface cleaner. The Indian consumer has welcomed this with open arms and trying the brand in big numbers with 10% trialists rating the product and about 40% CTR via Buy Now link. we are now expanding across India and scaling up our infrastructure to partner with multiple brands pan India.
