ISCAdigital has helped thousands of people in Exeter and Devon over the years with their IT problems, and we hope to continue doing so into the future. We offer our services to both homes and businesses through our shop on Topsham Road, where you're welcome to drop in and discuss any issues. We value honesty and transparency, and as such we will always offer you a fair price for the best service we can provide, and if we can't provide what you need, we won't charge you for the investigation. If we do help, then we stand behind it with a three month warranty or return service. We also don't believe in long contracts - we want you to have the best you can, and if you feel we're not living up to it, you can walk away. To date we have only ever lost contracts to client insolvency or acquisitions. We offer a wide range of services, including:* No fix no fee computer repair * SSD upgrades (if your computer has a spinning hard drive, that's probably why it's slow)* Refurbished computers - we only sell items we would happily use ourselves.* IT Support, either as unlimited monthly support or ad-hoc, with remote monitoring if agreed on to alert us when something needs attention.* Cyber Security including EDR, BCDR, email filtering, and more for businesses * Microsoft 365 services including management, backup, support, and provisioning.
