Using a process-driven approach developed from best-practices techniques used by the top five executive search firms, isearch has become the leading provider of quality candidates in both the US and Europe. From 1997 to 2001, isearch worked exclusively as an outsourced partner to leading executive search firms, managing the entire candidate identification, screening and development process. In 2001, isearch eliminated the search firm intermediaries from its process in order to service its clients more effectively and directly. That same year, the company launched its US operations based in Los Angeles and since that time has established a client base of leading mid-size and Fortune 500 companies throughout North America.
