We are a fast growing company with an aim to bring real value and create positive change to recruitment in the semiconductor / microelectronics industry. The company was founded by Alok Nagpal, a former IC Design Engineer who moved into semiconductor recruitment over 25 years ago to specialise in IC design recruitment. He founded IC Resources in now a leading technology recruitment supplier in Europe. We work in a very different way to other recruitment businesses. By partnering closely with our clients and candidates to develop in-depth relationships, our service results in fast, high quality delivery with a higher rate of success. We make use of innovative deep search technologies relying on our extensive experience and knowledge of the semiconductor market.
