The Challenge : Millions of children in lesser-privileged urban communities find it challenging to get educated and inculcate social skills to break out of a vicious cycle and reach their highest potential. Vision: Provide lesser-privileged children from urban communities an opportunity to reach their highest potential. Mission: Create learning centers in lesser-privileged urban communities to support education and learning by engaging multi-faceted, high-caliber mentors. Engagement: The engagement model is a daily, high touch, effort intensive, an intervention that runs 24x7 involving 100+ volunteering mentors and 750+ lesser privileged students. The Change: To see Ishva's students become future role models in leading and nurturing children of their communities. Every child has exceptional potential.
