Real-life and online fitness classes to make your body (and mind) a happy place to be. I’m a black belt Nia Teacher and Dance Facilitator, but you know what’s more important than that? I’ve been doing this for over 12 years. 12 years of helping people just like you find your fitness happy place. And you know what? I’m really REALLY good at doing it. I offer this through my weekly in-person and online classes, and also through the workshops and events I deliver with my colleague Sarah Morrison. Move, Smile, Connect is unique way to energise your workforce, support wellbeing by connecting people in a joyful, meaningful way. All while having fun. Sounds good, right? Sarah trained to facilitate Groove over lockdown in the summer of 2020, having been attending Karen’s classes for a couple of years before. We are both passionate about all the benefits mindful dance offers for physical and mental health and can’t wait to share it with you together! CONNECT YOUR PEOPLE We can offer bespoke sessions for your colleagues, either on Zoom or for local businesses (Fife, Scotland) in person (provided adequate space is available). We have run sessions for a major communications company, supporting their staff welfare programme. We have have connected over 300 people on our virtual dancefloor, from countries all over the world.
