Ismini Studios

Ismini Studios is a fully equipped and bespoke Pilates, Feldenkrais®, barre and body movement studio in the heart of Kent. Founded by Ismini, who has been a specialist in the Pilates and movement industry for over a decade, the studios offer a variety of Pilates, Awareness Through Movement - The Feldenkrais® Method, bootybarre and equipment-based classes for all abilities. As a neurological and breast cancer exercise specialist, and a Back4Good practitioner, Ismini supports rehabilitation and management of conditions such as MS, Parkinson’s and Huntington’s. At the studios the emphasis is making movement enjoyable for everyone, whilst achieving general fitness goals and making a positive difference to mental health.
