Isocount is an independent service organisation which has been running since 2003. We offer full support on Life Science equipment and scientific instrumentation originally manufactured by Packard Bioscience, Wallac and PerkinElmer. All our engineers are factory trained with years of field experience. In 2017 Isocount Acquired Spectro-Service, established in 1982 Spectro service has a long history of providing excellent service to customers in the IR and UV fields with highly experienced engineers in this field. In 2019 Isocount Acquired Isotech Services, established in 2003 Isotech has a long history of providing excellent service and support to customers in liquid Scintillation, gamma counting, and Imaging fields with highly experienced engineers in this field. We have a simple aim, to provide quality service at affordable prices and put customer satisfaction at the top of our list We have the skills and parts available to extend the life of all your existing equipment into the future. We are happy to offer an alternative option for servicing these instruments. We have carefully listened to the feedback from customers and as a result we do not deal with a Call Centre. Our customers deal directly with an Engineer on our freephone number. We source parts locally where possible to reduce overall running costs, with different levels of cover to suit your needs or budget. Our aspirations are to offer a truly customer focused service.
