Shannon van der Merwe, with a BSc Honours degree in Biochemistry, has over 10 years’ experience implementing and maintaining ISO Standards and Management Systems. These include systems based on quality (ISO 9001), food safety (FSSC ISO GFSI), occupational health and safety (ISO 45001), environment (ISO 14001) and laboratory standards (ISO 17025).
