Since 1992, ISOQA provides integrated service of quality assessment for suppliers, buyers and competent authorities of technical prescriptions of vehicles, equipment and parts. We are a testing and certification agency for vehicle lighting (including marine and bicycle lamps). ISOQA is a designated certification agency by VSCC for Taiwan regulation; KBA for UNECE/EUEEC, AMECA for FMVSS108/DOT and many other national and regional approvals. ISOQA has now 2 laboratories in Taiwan, 1 laboratory in Changzhou/China, 1 laboratory in Detroit/USA, 1 cooperated laboratory in Karlsruhe/Germany and 1 office in Japan. ISOQA is the first Technical Service founded in Taiwan and now globalized in China, Europe and America. Of course, ISOQA is planning to building more laboratories in major car industrial areas such as Japan, Korea and Mexico.
