Ispace Club

The acronym iSPACE means Introduction to Systematic Programming, Animation, Computer Engineering and Electronics. iSPACE is an ICT related co-curricular programme designed to help students develop innovative and creative abilities and skills that will be useful in many areas of learning and problem solving from a young age. iSPACE program aims at training students in the following areas: Programming – Mobile Apps development, Web development, and Games development. Animation – Graphics Character Design and Character Animation Computer Engineering - based on CompTIA A+ and N+ standard curriculum. Electronics (with Robotics ) Artificial Intelligence Prototyping How iSPACE Benefits Students: • It will get students acquainted with resourceful applications that will enable them express creative ideas. • Teaches the students how to program and invent, thereby laying a foundation for those who will develop interest in pursuing a career in IT/ICT/Engineering. • Imparts in the students a sense of confidence, comfort around tools, a willingness to take calculated risks, and the idea that something apparently complex can always be broken down. With interactive, hands-on activities, students will learn computational thinking skills in an approachable way. Even leaders like President Obama and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau wrote their first lines of code as part of the campaign.
