In our years of handling the 'computer stuff' for businesses around the world - we have heard this so often from owners and management who are challenged by having to make the right IT decisions for their organization without the time to research them properly. Lets face it - you have to run your business. You don't have time to work out the best possible combination of software, servers, routers, desktop and laptop computers, phone systems, or mobile technology to make your business hum.
