It Environmental Liquidating Trust

The IT Environmental Liquidating Trust (ITELT) was established on May 1, 2004 (as part of concluding bankruptcy proceedings for IT Corporation) to oversee the long-term post-closure operation, maintenance and upkeep of four closed hazardous waste landfill facilities located in Northern California. The ITELT operates as a small business Trust funded by private funds and does not use public money. The ITELT provides local jobs for professional and technical positions for those who care about protecting the environment. The ITELT consists of a handful of dedicated employees with site specific operational knowledge. In late 2025, PathForward Consulting (PFC) was selected as the Successor Trustee for the IT Environmental Liquidating Trust (ITELT), assuming full fiduciary and operational responsibility for multiple post-closure hazardous waste landfills across California.
