IT ThinkTank is the personal R&D brand of Marcus Dindorf – a systems and software engineer with a background in telematics, enterprise architecture, and quality management across automotive and financial sectors. What drives me: As an engineer, I see the rise of transformer-based AI not as hype - but as a signal that we need new standards for evaluating and validating quality in software. I believe this is where engineering discipline and AI must now meet. I'm focused on making GenAI systems explainable, measurable, and robust - from LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation methods to structured prompt versioning and reproducible scoring pipelines.
