IT Vision Consulting’s founder, Tom Ireland, has four decades of information technology and systems experience in the planning, implementation and operation of complex, geographically dispersed telecommunications systems. This includes leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies, major telecommunications companies, military command and control communications agencies, and local and regional government. Publications include a cover article in “Wireless for the Corporate User”; and articles in “Telecommunications Magazine” and “Community Media Review”. The founder has also been co-author of an AT & T Labs paper presented in Munich; Bell Labs liaison for the Mead Corporation; and has been personally highlighted in an AT & T annual report as an example of collaborative customer innovation. Tom is also the author of several well-received information technology books on Leadership, Vision and Strategic Planning. Tom consults and provides IT Strategic Vision and Leadership guidance that is focused on helping the customer reach their business objectives. He is an author of several information technology book some of which are on Amazon's best seller lists.
