Continuing the development pathway in developing talent in a great basketball environment in Italy. The key motivation to establish the Academy is based around aspiring players to experience what it is like to live the professional basketball lifestyle in Europe. Most importantly from there development and growing performances, give them a pathway to play professional basketball in Europe. IPA aims to create a environment where players can come and develop there skills Exposure to Pro teams in Europe Provide resources to help player with there basketball pathways To focus athletes to improve their game to an international level while also gaining a experience on what its like being a full time basketball player To improve the athlete on and off the court To develop high performance student-athletes, aged 17 to 21, and Prepare them for senior Professional competition
