Our head office and call centre is situated within a large hi-tech establishment which is centrally located in Hove. Over the past year the company has grown and developed to a point where we have hired a dedicated Recruitment and HR Manager to handle the huge demand. italk have many campaigns to assist with our recruitment drive and have teamed up with our local Job Centre and City College to offer unemployed and freshly trained Contact Centre staff the opportunity to work in our newly renovated and refurbished call centre. Our focus is on the employee and their potential. We are not looking for just another Sales agent, what we are striving for is staff retention and a team who are not only great at what they do but who are honest, committed, dedicated and part of our expanding team. With a friendly team of 50 employees stretching over head office and sales we are looking to double our call centre numbers which will in effect double our head office positions making our recession survived company sought after to work for.
