Jay, founder and director of ITB Finance was born in Fiji, bred in Australia and is a long suffering Carlton (Blues) supporter With extensive experience obtained from working in Corporate and Retail finance with the major banks in Australia, Jay has a thorough understanding of lending policy, including Cash Flow lending, Commercial and SMSF property lending. Business savvy in commercial and private lending is what enables Jay to challenge the “status quo” faced by clients in this ever changing financial market and enables him to tailor financial solutions to his customer’s unique needs. Jay combines his passion and drive for finance along with his energetic and professional approach to help people achieve their financial objectives offering a broad range of straight forward and hassle-free solutions. Jay holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking and is a member of the MFAA (Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia), as well as AFCA (Australian Financial Complaints Authority) an external dispute resolution scheme for customer protection.
