His superior planning, organization and leadership skills sets the direction for ITBB management level decision making. Marvin Timmons is VP of Business Development. Marvin is a graduate of EDS System Engineer Development Program and has 25 plus years of consulting. Serving as a Senior Consultant Marvin is versed in managing all aspects of the product life cycle from concept development to launch and has experience in development and implementation of innovative business process and system solutions. With strong analytical and problem-solving skills Marvin's facilitates healthy communication between the client and ITBB ITBB mission is to targets small to medium sized companies and government organizations within Texas and surrounding states. ITBB seeks major contracts with medium sized organizations. ITBB has strategic alliances partners, both with other information technology companies such as EmergTech and KAZ Information Systems as well as other professional organizations. This gives ITBB the flexibility it needs to successfully secure and complete projects with varying elements. By using existing joint ventures with other consulting firms, ITBB is in a position to assess and respond to customer requirements.
