ITD Consultants Ltd are a Portsmouth based building services consultancy, we offer full mechanical and electrical engineering services consultancy to property developers, architects and other industry professionals. We are continually developing our specialist skills to meet engineering challenges, focusing on energy efficiency and environmental sustainability whilst ensuring cost effective solutions for customer requirements. Having gained the ISO 9001:2015 - International Standard of Quality accreditation, we are able to maintain customer confidence and are continually striving to achieve the highest standards using a systematic approach to our practices. Our team of mechanical and electrical engineers have built up a wealth of experience throughout multiple sectors of the construction industry ranging from Commercial, Educational, Healthcare, Industrial, Heritage and Residential. We offer experience and professional skills across a range of services including design & specification, surveying, property development assessments, energy assessments, feasibility studies, dilapidation reports and PPM schedules. We undertake our own in-house building services design using the latest design software including 3D modelling to ensure we are at the forefront of modern building services design. In addition to our core services, our in house specialists are able to offer the following: • Part L2A compliance evaluation (SBEM and BRUKL reports) for commercial developments • SAP Assessment (UK Government Standard Assessment Procedure) for residential developments • Domestic and Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) We can offer our design services for projects of all sizes and have worked on projects ranging in value up to over £10m.
