We are experienced in managing residential and commercial properties providing a complete property management solution covering mainly: Leasing Management : Propose, and after approval execute Leasing and Marketing Strategy, Tenant vetting, Drafting & Issuing of lease contract & Ejari service. End of Lease Procedures: Condition survey, recovery of damages and refund of security deposit. Managing Defaults & Evictions: Inititing procedures for recovery of debts, coordinaing with Lawyer, and RDC.
