Born in 1992 as Italmedia Consulting, founded and directed by Augusto Preta, it changed its name to ITMedia Consulting in 2006 as a result of new market development, expansion and consolidation on pan-European landskape. Currently, the company has offices in Rome, Paris and Bruxelles. ITMedia Consulting is able to offer its customers a wide range of services ranging from economic and regulatory issues to provision of legal services. Albino Pedroia, former Director of Institutional Relations of Canal+, coordinates international activities. Fabio Macaluso, former Director of Legal Affairs of Vodafone Italy and Fastweb, is entrusted to act as a legal consultant.
