iTms is a task management software application developed for the provision of property maintenance by service providers from within the housing sector. The application is fully integrated, in that it provides the ability to manage the entire event chain from fault reporting to final invoicing in an entirely transparent and auditable process flow. The system is web based and therefore provides economically sustainable entry costs and offers infinite scalability. Effective management consists of a combination of excellent service provision and efficient cost control. So the key drivers in development of iTms were to provide a fully integrated and user friendly system to in real-time manage the service delivery and accurately record the costs. The system achieves these objectives through accurate repair diagnosis, effective dispatching and routing, maximising productivity, cost transparency and performance reporting.
