Itude was founded in 1992 and specialized in software architecture and development of 'mission critical' systems for enterprises. Itude Mobile was founded in 2005 and became a seperate entity in 2009. Itude also founded and incubated Eyefreight (formerly Itude Logistic Partners): which provides logistic software as a service to multinationals.
