IValue is a collaborative platform of skills tests with which to transform training and recruitment systems. It allows the user to create and perform tests for practically any skill, and use their results to get the job of their dreams or identify training needs. In an increasingly changing and competitive society it is essential to keep abreast of professional trends in all sectors. 54% of companies say that talent shortage is hindering their digital transformation programs and therefore they are losing a significant competitive advantage. Many companies and professionals are aware of the need to carry out continuous training. However, the reality is that conventional training programs are not efficient. This happens, to a great extent, due to the lack of individualization of the training proposals. In iValue we propose a gamified social evaluation and assisted by artificial intelligence. The user can respond to the evaluations that other users have published and can also participate by publishing his own. The platform allows anyone to create any imaginable test or add more questions to existing tests.
