Exclusive Collections: We specialize in creating exceptionally limited batches of chocolate, with some varieties as scarce as 60 bars annually, emphasizing exclusivity and uniqueness. We strictly avoid artificial flavorings, additives and lecithin, choosing to highlight the authentic and rich flavors of our carefully selected cacao beans and other components. Innovative Techniques: We push the boundaries of traditional chocolate making by incorporating additional fermentation of cacao beans with fruits or berries, infusion of cacao nibs and aging our chocolate to develop complex flavor profiles.
