Iwan Simonis, Inc is the North American operating center for the Iwan Simonis Family of Brands for Billiards. Simonis Cloth has been manufactured in Belgium since 1680 and considered the finest product of its kind globally. Simonis is the only textile mill in the world dedicated to the manufacture of cloth for cue-sports (Pool, Billiards, Carom and Pyramide) and is the oldest and most respected company in the billiard industry. In 2012, Iwan Simonis S.A. acquired Saluc S.A. and took on the Aramith billiard product line as well as the fusion table line. Aramith billiard balls are the finest and most consistent billiard balls available due to their cast phenolic construction. Fusion tables are unique high quality furniture grade tables with a true slate surface and the ability to seat up to ten in the dining configuration. In 2016, Simonis bought the Strachan Mill in Gloucestershire England where the famous Strachan 6811 snooker cloth is made as well as world class woolens for billiard sports.
