Held annually from February to March, the program equips participants with the skills, knowledge, and values necessary for global excellence. Ladder Ladder is designed to help African talents rise. Supporting them to learn the skills they need and to create the future they want. Through Ladder we envision to connect 500 million African talents to digital solutions and opportunities by 2030. Our partnership with leading institutions like Tekedia and Nexford underscores our commitment to providing digital access and enhancing digital literacy in Africa. Future Founders Fellowship Through the fellowship we identify, nurture, and support visionary and ambitious founders who are building high-impact startups and social enterprises designed to solve Africa’s most critical challenges.
