Organisation Expertise Highlights : Recruitment and Selection: We maintain the organisations staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program. Counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes. Employee Value Proposition: We maintain employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs. HR Compliance We ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource legal requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organisation at hearings and 3rd party representation. Payroll: We maintain payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data. Determining payroll liabilities by approving the calculation of employee income and tax, unemployment fund calculation, and workers compensation payments. Training and Development: Conducting analyses to determine the outcomes of all training; identifying scare skills and developing training and skills development plans. We act as a liaison between the employer and the company’s Sector Education Training Authority (SETA); communicating SETA initiatives, grants and benefits to the employer.
