Each partner had a significant practice and enviable expertise, billed out at a premium hourly rate, and worked hard at rainmaking. J&A stepped in and allowed these managing partners to get back to what they do best and enjoy the most - practicing law. Our clients are new firms just starting out, mature firms with 35+ years in business, and everything in between. We work with solo practitioners and firms with more than 40 attorneys; however, our work predominately focuses on firms with 3 to 18 attorneys. The issues they face are often similar, but because they are unique enterprises, off-the-shelf solutions rarely fit.
