Established in 1992, J&A Engineering Services is a diverse engineering company that is centrally located within Derbyshire providing a variety of services throughout the industrial, commercial & domestic industries. Predominantly renowned for our excellent in-house engineering capabilities, J&A Engineering also provides a range of site services within the mechanical, electrical & fabrication sectors to include; repair & refurbishment of industrial machinery & equipment, manufacture & installation of pipework systems, M&E design & installation (inclusive of maintenance strategies) precision engineering (conventional & CNC machining), carbon footprint reduction strategies, coded welding services & offshore services within the oil & gas industry. J&A Engineering’s premises in Heanor, Derbyshire facilitates a 712m2 designated fabrication department to accommodate several welding & assembly techniques, furthermore our 390m2 machine shop accommodates all our precision engineering related operations, both of which house our impressive machinery – everything from two recently acquired 5-axis multi-task CNC’s, a complete CMM Inspection facility to a 300T hydraulic press & oxy propane profiler machine! In addition, to complement our production, we also possess two overhead pendant controlled cranes & a variety of mechanical handling equipment services to accommodate both size & weight - a commodity that is becoming increasingly difficult to source! J&A Engineering Services are an ISO 9001:2015 accredited company complete with SCCS & SafeContractor status. The company are also an NICEIC approved contractor to enable us to undertake a vast majority of electrical services within our specified industries.
