When we are starting out on a mental health, spiritual or mindfulness path, we have to ask ourselves a few basic questions: Are we content with where we are in our life? Do we feel like we are worthy? Are we improving and moving towards our goals each and every day? Ever since our founder, Jacob Aqua, went through a life-changing personal transformation in 2015, he has been deeply committed to answering these questions with a resounding YES. He has also made it his mission to help others answer these questions with the same level of enthusiasm. As a Mental Wellness Coach, Jacob engages with others to help them implement major shifts in their thinking and behavior. As a graduate from Emory University, he studied how individuals share meditation and mindfulness via Internet technologies. Jacob now uses these experiences by leading workshops with large companies, leading one-on-one sessions with clients, and sharing content online.
