J & J Machine

Established in early 2011 J&J Machine set out to be a leader in rapid prototyping and low lot production machining. In a short period of time we have been able to become a reliable machining source for some the country’s biggest companies. New equipment and a precision measuring machine have assisted in making it possible for the company to grow at such a rapid pace. J&J Machine uses programming software to create 2D and 3D programs. We are capable of working off solid models saved as IGES, STP, or PROE. In many instances parts are manufactured without prints but with models and the understanding of the engineer’s concept, function of design and the customer’s needs. Our diverse list of companies for both premachine and post machine processes has made us a great one stop shop. Our ability to work with pattern shops and foundries along with companies that do plating, painting, heat treat, grinding, laser, fabricating, and EDM all within a 45 mile radius has also given us the ability to perform in the rapid prototyping market without having delays in transit.
