JSC is an evaluation and research firm that helps organizations learn what works and why in their informal learning experiences. We study learning and experience in out-of-school settings, including museums, zoos/aquariums, environmental education, arts organizations, science engagement programs, and others. Our priority is to transform evaluation and research into an accessible, useful tool for organizations and their teams. From museum exhibits to training scientists to communicate effectively, we study how people learn, what organizations achieve, and how the sector can continually grow.
