J² provides professional quantity surveying services to a number of sectors in the industry, such as commercial, educational, leisure and residential - with a particular focus on developments for private clients and bespoke one off housing. The services we offer enable cost advice and control from the outset of a scheme, through to completion. We can provide feasibility estimates, outline and detailed cost plans and pre-tender estimates. We will fully procure a project in a manner suitable to that projects unique circumstances and thoroughly apprise tender returns in order to recommend to a client the contractor offering best value. Once on site we offer full quantity surveying, contract administration and / or employer’s agent roles. Through our close working partnerships with other professional practices, we can also offer project management and principal designer roles, should these be requested.
