J4 Leaders

J4 Leaders is a network of encouragement for Christian women in the marketplace. We aspire to live and lead distinctively under the authority of Jesus Christ. Our name is inspired by Judges 4 in the Old Testament, where we learn about Deborah, a woman who led Israel for God’s purposes. At J4 Leaders, we envision a world where Christian women leaders are connected and encourage one another to succeed with a biblical worldview; where women leaders are helping each other to overcome obstacles in order to live out our God given purposes; and where we sharpen our own leadership skills and help develop the next generation of Deborah leaders. We are committed to nurturing the next generation of Deborah leaders who will positively impact the world.
